Free Delivery
We offer free tracked delivery on all orders above £50 to the mainland UK. ensuring your purchases reach you securely and on time.
Tracking
All of our orders are tracked, you will be emailed your tracking number automatically to the email address you have placed your order with and if you create an account you can also track your orders online.
Overseas & Non-Mainland UK
Please email us to confirm shipping costs, as we will find the most economical way to deliver your items.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within one working day and delivered within 1-3 working days to UK Mainland, deliveries to Scottish Highlands and offshore including Northern Ireland may be subject to a further 1-2 working days. Orders to these locations are not subject to free delivery.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, except for some small Royal Mail deliveries which may arrive on a Saturday.

*Free delivery on orders over £50 that are shipped to UK Mainland and under 30kg in weight.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, where possible this will be communicated before purchase is completed.
We ship orders using Royal Mail and ParcelForce couriers. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at office@truckspares365.com, and we will open a case with the courier. Please be aware that the investigation may take up to three working days. During this period, we will not dispatch a replacement order, as couriers sometimes recover parcels and deliver them to the correct address or locate them in a safe place. Until we receive confirmation from the courier that the parcel is indeed missing, we will be unable to issue a refund or dispatch a replacement order.
Back Orders
Occasionally high demand and other external factors can mean a product is placed on back order. If you request a back ordered product, we will do our best to inform you with 24 hours of your purchase and provide you a lead time for delivery. You have the right to cancel and receive a full refund for back ordered products up until the point we dispatch them, after this the normal return/ refund process is in place.
Refund policy
Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product must be unopened
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be unused
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. We may still refund items that have been open and where applicable with a broken seal, however we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of up to 40%
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase that contains your order number and the date of purchase, this must be returned with the item. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returns can be mailed to: TruckSpares 365 Returns, 453 Carr Place, Preston, PR5 8AU. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
