Prices

All prices quoted online are shown excluding UK VAT. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date, but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

Delivery

Shipping & Refund

All orders are shipped from the UK. Goods are usually shipped within 1 working day of purchase on a next day delivery, allow 1-3 working days for delivery. If your item has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us at [email protected]. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will contact you with an update. We aim to despatch all online orders placed before 4:00pm on the same day. In some cases, this may not be possible due to nil-stocks. However, we are currently despatching 98% of these orders. We will e-mail tracking details as the goods leave our premises.

Payment

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal, we also offer pay later and split payment options through Klarna.

Most on-line credit card transactions are processed through Stripe. This is one of the world’s largest payment gateways. At truckspares365 we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected via the Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently.

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by truckspares365 or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by truckspares365 will be taken very seriously.
