Body panels on a truck are the exterior panels that make up the body of the vehicle. They include the hood, fenders, doors, bed, tailgate, and other panels that enclose and protect the interior of the truck.

Body panels on a truck can be made from a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, or fiberglass. Steel is the most common and is strong, durable and relatively inexpensive. Aluminum is lightweight, resistant to corrosion but more expensive. Fiberglass is also lightweight and corrosion-resistant, but less durable than steel or aluminum.
